Overview:
This programme equips students to systematically engage with evidence to explore the research-practice gap. The aim is to improve individual and organisational performance within Africa through high-quality business and management education. You will be equipped to create scientifically grounded knowledge informed by social science and organisational research. It will enable you to identify, critically assess a business problem and, using an evidence-based approach, improve the quality of managerial decision-making. This master’s degree is aimed at managers, leaders and aspirant academics who want to deepen their foundational research skills in preparation for a doctoral degree in general management.
